Imagine every person you've ever met in one space. Your family, your friends, your co-workers. That cute girl at the Starbuck's counter. Your paperboy. Your milkman. Do you see them?

Now imagine 94% of them falling quickly and violently ill. Imagine them dying.

Feel alone yet?

In the year 2007, a incredibly virulent strain of 'superflu' wiped out 94% of the population of Earth. A group of survivors, by grounded plane or other means, have found themselves in the small town of Hell, Wisconsin. Immune for reasons they don't understand and quarantined by the military, they begin attempting to rebuild some kind of cohesive existence. With so few 'safe' places left in the world, it seems likely those precious few left scattered elsewhere will eventually gravitate there too.

There's only one problem. Not everyone is there by chance.

Something is coming. And it'll make the end of the world look like a lot of fun.
